Overview

In this trip, you get to experience the village life of the Nepali people. Village life in Nepal is not about ”more, bigger, and better”, it is about family bonds self-sufficiency, Mountaining traditioned, and living in the moment.

Solukhumbu is one of the six districts in Sagarmatha zone. Deusa is in the southern part of the Solukhumbu, the village is mainly populated by the Thulung Rai people though there are some other groups like Tamang, Magar, Newar, kshetri, and so-called Dalits. Most of the people here follow pagan religion and worship ancestors and nature.

Education provided to the students in this place is very poor, you get to volunteer in school you can help them learn some subjects and teach computer as Mystic Himalaya with help of some sponsors have provided computer facility in the school of this village. You can also enjoy the village walks and e assure that you will love the life of the villagers as you can spend your time by doing several village activities.

Detail Itinerary

As you reach Kathmandu airport we will pick you up from the airport and on the same day we will drive towards our first destination Deusa.

Village tour allows visitors to experience a stay in a typical Nepali village. You get to taste the delicious local Nepali food. You will also get a chance to interact with the villagers and get to know their culture, tradition and way of life. We will also be visiting to the school of that particular village to contribute some help to the village children. We can teach them English, teach them how to use compute and many more.

This day will give you an opportunity to volunteer at the village school where education lacks a lot behind then in cities. It would be one of the best feeling teaching to the village students. At the end of the day even you will feel happy from within after doing such good deed.

On this day we will be volunteering at the school and at the evening we will go for a village walk.

Today we will be going to have a wonderful day as we will be going for picnic at Doodhkoshi river. We will have music, food, dance and many more. Bonfire, barbeque, music at the open air at night would be amazing.

After the picnic is over We will be returning back to the village and continue with the volunteer work at school. This day would be the last day teaching to the lovely children of the village. You can make this day a memorable for you and them by playing games with them like quiz, debate etc.

Today you will be returning back to Kathmandu valley.

The day for you to say goodbye to Nepal. One of our office staff will drop you at the Kathmandu airport for your flight home.

For anyone considering doing a Nepal tour, we highly recommend Binoy Rai, the owner of Mystic Himalaya Trekking and Expedition. EBC 2018 – Amazing

I completed the Everest Base Camp trek with my wife and two great friends in October 2018. The trip was amazing with some of the best scenery on the planet. The Nepalese people are wonderful and so welcoming to visitors. Our trip and itinerary was perfectly put together by Binoy and the team at Mystic Himalaya and the trek superbly guided by Chogyal. This was my second EBC trek organized by Binoy and we’re already planning our return in 2020 to explore the Annapurna region. I highly recommend Mystic Himalaya Trekking and look forward to my next trek with them.

Amazeballs

After my husband's 12 years of incessant nagging, I finally agreed to trek to Everest Base Camp. Having kept in contact with Binoy from his last trek 16 years ago, we had the privilege of trekking with Mystic Himalaya. The professionalism and care shown by the Mystic team was outstanding. From the moment we were picked up from the airport, to the moment we were dropped back, we were completely taken care of. Everything was so well organised, and our trekking crew, Chogyal, Pemba, Buddhi and Sujan were fantastic, every step of the way. We will definitely be back.
TryhardTravelBug,

Wonderful trip to Nepal

We recently went on a trek and tour with Mystic Himalaya Trekking. It was one of the most adventurous and fun trips we have ever been on. One of the owners and our trekking guide named Binoy was the absolute best. I can’t even begin to say how informative he was about the area and how he attended to our every need. He has his own personal crew that hauled our bags and they cooked all our meals. They were so delicious. I would recommend anyone considering going on a trek to Nepal to check them out. I can’t imagine anyone else could be better than they were. Thanks for a memorable and amazing trip.
Brad and Vicki Godfrey,

Absolutely the best Nepal Guides

My son and I had the privilege of trekking with Pranoy and Pemba in the Mustang district, and it was an amazing experience. What sets the Mystic Himalaya experience above other treks is the depth of cultural knowledge and history that the guides have to offer. In addition to breathtaking scenery, we got a fascinating look at the history, architecture, and culture of that region, presented by a guide who is articulate and very well-educated in his field. And let's talk about logistics. We managed to hit the tail end of the monsoon season and got a LOT of rain. With limited time (only one week), our Plan A was to fly to Jomsom and start trekking there. Since planes weren't flying (and didn't for 3 more days), Pranoy got us a driver. We drove for a day and were halted by a massive landslide. Pranoy came up with a new itinerary, and we got some spectacular hiking on our way to Jomsom. With each new "obstacle," Pranoy came up with a new plan and we had a superb trek. We were joking that we went through Plan A, Plan B, Plan C, etc. and were on Plan E by the end. Every bit of it was gorgeous and a lot of fun! With all of those changes, we felt safe and extremely well cared-for. Food was excellent -- supervised and sometimes prepared by Pemba. Accommodations were very comfortable and exceeded expectations. Best of all, Pranoy stayed in constant communication with locals and other guides to ensure our safety every step of the way. With this team, you are working with real professionals that have guided for National Geographic. I wouldn't trek with anyone else -- they are the best!
